Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase date to request your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@outboxd.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: If the item is not faulty, the customer will have to bare the shipping cost.

Original shipping costs are also not refundable.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo proof of the damaged or faulty product is also required. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Leather & Stitching Assurance Policy

Our leather & stitching assurance policy states that if the stitching on the leather tears within 1 year, we will replace the same boxing gloves free of charge. 

Photo evidence and proof of purchase must be provided and the stitching on the leather must be torn/ripped from glove use on appropriate surfaces and training environments only. 

If we believe from the photo evidence provided, that the gloves have been tampered with or ripped from something else other than correct boxing training use on appropriate surfaces, you may be denied a replacement boxing glove.

Stitching must be clearly damaged, ripped and opened up in order for a replacement.

This does not apply for the wrist strap or inside the boxing glove. 

Exchanges 

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase date to request an exchange. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get in contact with us first. Once accepted, return the item you have and you will receive a store credit the same value as the original item to make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
