Shipping 

  • How long will it take for my order to be processed? 

Orders can take up to 1-3 business days before being being processed.  

  • I have placed my order but haven't received my confirmation email and tracking number? 

Sometimes it may take a few business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information, as we dispatch all orders within 1-3 days of purchase. If you haven't received your tracking number within 1-3 business days, check your junk/spam mail otherwise please get in contact with us directly at info@outboxd.com.au and we will resend it to you. 

  • Do you ship worldwide?

Outboxd only ships within Australia, United States, Mexico, Canada & France. 

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Outboxd offers free shipping with all orders over $89 within Australia and free express over $199. With all purchases under $89 there is a $9.95 postage cost which is at the customers expense. 

Outboxd offers free shipping with all international orders over $189. With all purchases under $189 there is a $40 AUD standard shipping option or a $70 AUD express shipping option which is at the customers expense. 

  •   Which courier company do you use to send out your orders?

Outboxd uses Sendle & Australia Post. 

  • How do I track my order? 

You can track your Sendle order here by inserting your tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

  • What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email info@outboxd.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

  • My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Do you offer returns? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase date to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Who bares the shipping cost for a return or exchange? 

The merchant will bare the shipping cost for a return or exchange. If the item is faulty then we will cover the additional shipping costs. 

  • What to do if my product is faulty?  

Please contact us immediately at info@outboxd.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo proof of the damaged, faulty or wrong product is also required. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

  • How to start a return or exchange? 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@outboxd.com.au - Please make sure to include your name, order number and "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line. Please include any details or concerns you may have regarding the product and what you are after.
